Deborah Stepansky

Deborah Stepansky, CSP, ASP, is an experienced professional in Environmental, Health, and Safety (EHS) management, currently serving as Sr. Director of EHS at Woodstream Corporation since November 2019, focusing on gardening and wildlife control products. Prior to this role, Stepansky held various positions at The Hershey Company from 1990 to 2019, culminating as Corporate Safety Director, where initiatives included driving safety culture and achieving recognition for innovation in safety management. Stepansky's extensive background encompasses leadership in global compliance for safety and environmental programs, as well as quality assurance within food safety, aided by a Bachelor of Science degree in Occupational Safety and Hygiene Management from Millersville University of Pennsylvania.
