Wendy V. serves as the Analytics Manager for Global Finance Systems at Woodward, Inc. since June 2021, leading a team in the development of enterprise reporting and analytics solutions, including the design of the company’s first enterprise-level sales and cost data model. Prior to this, Wendy held roles at Ball Corporation as a Business System Analyst, facilitating communications between business and IT, and at UCHealth as a Business Specialist, managing contracts and negotiations. Extensive experience at Crocs, Inc. included positions as a Global Product Data Analyst and Scrum Master, where Wendy oversaw analytics and digital innovation, and also served in various supply chain analytics roles, driving significant improvements in inventory management and operational efficiency. Wendy’s career began with a role as an Administrative Assistant at Anadarko Petroleum and holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Political Science and Government from Metropolitan State University of Denver.
