Rodney's extensive experience also includes leadership positions at Edcon, Amka Products (Pty) Ltd, and South African Breweries, demonstrating a consistent track record of HR leadership since 2001. Rodney's educational qualifications include a Master's Degree in Business Leadership from the University of South Africa, an Advanced Diploma in Labour Law from the University of Johannesburg, and a BA in Education from the same institution.
