Erwin van der Leeden

Erwin van der Leeden is an experienced healthcare leader currently serving as the Directeur Wonen & Zorg at Woonzorg Flevoland since March 2022, overseeing residential care locations and leading the management team. Previously, Erwin worked as a transitiemanager at Silverein, facilitating the merger of three organizations and implementing strategic changes to enhance caregiver engagement. Erwin also held roles such as crisis coordinator during the COVID-19 pandemic and managed various rehabilitation and care programs, demonstrating a strong commitment to improving care quality and supporting multidisciplinary teams. Erwin holds a Master of Science in Zorgmanagement from Erasmus University Rotterdam and has extensive training in rehabilitation and healthcare management, complemented by military service as a captain in the Royal Netherlands Army.
