Vladimir Vakhter

Vladimir Vakhter possesses extensive experience in electrical and computer engineering, currently serving as a Graduate Research Assistant and Research Associate at Worcester Polytechnic Institute, where significant contributions include the development of a wearable biomedical device prototype focused on noninvasive oxygen monitoring. Prior roles include signal processing internship at Analog Devices, focusing on physical activity monitoring algorithms, software engineering internship at Cadence Design Systems involving computational geometry algorithms, and various positions at Splinex and Karlsruhe Institute of Technology, where expertise in electronics design, prototyping, and solid-state physics was developed. Vladimir holds an MS degree in Electrical & Computer Engineering from Worcester Polytechnic Institute and a Specialist degree in Electronics & Automation of Physical Machines from Ural State Technical University.
