Paul O'Leary is an experienced professional in sales and sports management, currently serving as the Manager of Group Sales at Worcester Railers HC since May 2021, following roles as a Senior Account Executive and Account Executive within the same organization. Prior to this, Paul O'Leary worked as an Inside Sales Representative at JCSI and held multiple positions at Franklin Pierce University, including Gameday Assistant and Front Desk Attendant. Additional experience includes roles as a Pharmaceutical Recruiter at ALKU, merchandise and ballpark operations at Worcester Bravehearts Baseball, and a coaching director at Skyhawks Sports Academy. Paul O'Leary graduated from Franklin Pierce University with a Bachelor's degree in Sport and Recreation Management and a Minor in Marketing.

A new era of professional hockey has begun in the heart of the Commonwealth! Founded in 2016, Worcester Railers HC is introducing a new way to be part of professional hockey in North America. Taking its cue from the European sporting club model, Railers HC is more than just a game-night experience. We want our fans to be members and partners in all that we do. Our goals are to win on the ice and bring a Kelly Cup Championship to Worcester while serving as a national ambassador of our city/region, contributing to the local economy, enhancing the quality of life for everyone in central Massachusetts.
