David Reile

David Reile serves as the VP of Sales at WorkBoard since October 2019, focusing on aligning strategy with company and individual performance. Previously, David held various leadership roles at Satmetrix, including Regional Vice President - West and Director of Strategic Accounts, where responsibilities included P&L ownership and restructuring service delivery following the acquisition by NICE. David’s earlier experience at CEB, now Gartner, involved senior advisory positions, team leadership, and product development, emphasizing relationships with CFOs and finance transformation initiatives. David holds an MBA from the University of California, Berkeley, Haas School of Business, and a B.A. in Economics from the University of Michigan.
