Katie Holden

Katie Holden is a seasoned product management executive with extensive experience in engineering, quality, and operations, currently serving as Vice President of Product Management at Workday, overseeing user experience. With a focus on productivity products, Katie has successfully led teams through 0-to-1 leadership, building innovative solutions from the ground up. Prior roles include Senior Director and Director in product management and design, where Katie expanded organizations and product offerings across various platforms. Before Workday, diverse experience includes senior product management roles at Inkling and BOKU, and internships at Google, Microsoft, and Qualcomm. Katie holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical and Computer Engineering from the University of Colorado Boulder.
