Kristen Hartley is a seasoned professional in leadership development and learning strategies, currently serving as Principal of Leadership Development at Workday since September 2022, where Kristen focuses on enhancing manager effectiveness across the organization. Previously, Kristen held the role of Head of Learning & Development at Pinterest from February 2020 to September 2022, overseeing initiatives for 3,500 employees and leading a team of ten. Kristen also has experience as a Leadership and Career Coach with Kristen Hartley Coaching, and held various consulting roles at Slalom from June 2015 to February 2020, contributing to change management, training strategy, and executive communications for notable clients such as Chevron and Pacific Gas and Electric Company.
