Beatrice Leon

Beatrice Leon is an experienced coach and executive with a diverse background in technology and business coaching. Currently serving as a Coach at GoalSpriing since March 2014 and as a Business Coach at BLCoaching since November 2013, Beatrice specializes in unlocking individual potential and achieving goals. As the Executive Director of External Relations at WorkForce Opportunity Services, Beatrice develops corporate partnerships and supports international outreach initiatives. Beatrice has also contributed as a mentor at Columbia University since 2006, guiding students in the Executive Master of Science in Technology Management program. Beatrice's extensive technical expertise includes senior roles at Pernod Ricard, where substantial contributions were made to IT consolidation and management during key acquisitions. Beatrice holds a Columbia Executive Coaching Certificate and a Master's degree in Economics and Political Science from the University of Paris I: Panthéon-Sorbonne.
