During his time at SAP, he was integral to the creation and evolution of their cloud business as part of their original Cloud GTM team and later as a senior executive running the Americas for their Customer Experience line of business. Jeff has over 20 years of experience and has held numerous global leadership roles managing $100M+ P&L’s, always with a focus on the partnership between vendor and customer, believing that strong partnerships create lasting business relationships. Jeff holds a BBA from the University of Delaware.
