Bob has held positions ranging from Senior Technical Writer to Lead Information Developer and has demonstrated longevity in their roles, with their most recent position at Bottomline Technologies lasting from 2018 to 2023. Bob'sexperience spans over two decades in the field.

Bob Massa has a Bachelor of Science degree in Professional Writing and Electrical Engineering Technology from the University of Massachusetts Dartmouth. Bob also holds a Professional Certificate in Data Communications Systems Technology from Northeastern University.
