Renee is currently serving as the Director of Data Analytics and Field Services at Workhorse Group Inc. Prior to this, they held the position of Vice President of Competitive Quality/Mobility at We Predict Inc. where they played a crucial role in product development, marketing strategy, client engagement, and implementation. Renee also worked as the Vice President of US Automotive Quality at J.D. Power, where they led the practice of Automotive Quality and launched innovative technology platforms. Renee has also held various managerial positions at General Motors, including Director of GM International Operations - Quality Data Management and Director of Global Quality Analysis. Throughout their career, Renee has demonstrated expertise in leveraging data analytics to improve quality, customer experience, and mitigate risks in the automotive industry.
Renee Stephens holds an MBA from Wayne State University, which they obtained between 1987 and 1989, with a concentration in Market Research. Prior to their MBA, they completed their Bachelor of Science in General Management at Wayne State University from 1981 to 1985. Additionally, they have obtained certification as a Certified Quality Control Engineer from the American Society of Quality in 1989.
