Natalie C. has a diverse work experience spanning a variety of roles and industries. Natalie most recently worked at WorkHound as a Senior Customer Success Manager starting in February 2023. Prior to this, they owned and practiced at Western Spirit Alchemy starting in November 2022. Natalie also worked as a Customer Success Manager at Forma from August 2021 to February 2023. Before that, they held a similar role at WorkHound from February 2021 to August 2021. Additionally, they gained experience in customer onboarding management at FareHarbor from October 2018 to January 2021, including a promotion to Senior Customer Onboarding Manager. Natalie also managed at Seleme Health & Wellness, Ground Gaia Studio from December 2017 to October 2018. Natalie began their career at Orangetheory Fitness, starting as a Sales Associate in April 2016, advancing to Assistant Manager in June 2016, and eventually becoming a Regional Manager until November 2017. Natalie C. obtained their Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology from Longwood University between 2009 and 2013. In 2017 to 2018, they attended the Southwest Institute of Healing Arts, where they pursued a degree in Mind-Body Wellness Practitioner. Natalie also holds additional certifications in Mind Body Wellness Practitioner and Hypnotherapy from the same institution.
