Matt Carroll

Matt Carroll has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Matt began their career as an Events Management Intern at Connecticut Sports Management Group in 2006. In 2009, they worked as a Marketing Coordinator at New England Data Services, where they were involved in website development, content creation, and social media management. Later that year, they joined Aetna as a Senior Eligibility Consultant, a role they held until 2014.

In 2013, Matt worked as an Assistant Volleyball Coach at Endicott College, contributing to the Men's and Women's programs. From 2014 to 2016, they served as a Client Success Specialist at Virgin Pulse, where they supported clients and assisted in improving their wellness programs. Matt then transitioned into a Business Development Consultant role, where they generated leads and educated potential clients on Virgin Pulse products. Matt also worked as a Project Manager at Virgin Pulse from 2017 to 2018, overseeing various projects.

Matt's most recent experience is at Workhuman, where they have been employed since 2019. Matt initially worked as a Launch Success Manager and was later promoted to Senior Launch Success Manager. In these roles, they played an integral role in the growth of the integrated Social Recognition and performance management platform offered by Workhuman.

Matt Carroll attended Endicott College from 2005 to 2009, where they earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration.
