Abby Chilingarian

Abby Chilingarian is a skilled professional in the lending and fair trade sectors, currently serving as a Senior Lending Officer at Working Solutions CDFI since August 2021, where a new process was implemented to enhance pipeline efficiency and improve client experience, resulting in a 10% time savings for the team. Prior to this role, Abby worked at Fair Trade USA from January 2015 to August 2021 in various capacities including Lending Officer and Program Manager for coffee, leading significant cross-functional projects and managing enrollment for over 300 coffee producer organizations, as well as overseeing marketing initiatives and event management. Abby's earlier experience includes supporting fair trade initiatives as a Marketing Intern at Asociacion Kallari. Abby Chilingarian holds a Bachelor of Arts in Spanish and International Development in Latin America from Western Washington University.
