Erica Andersen

Erica Andersen is an experienced professional in channel operations, product marketing, and business relationship management with a focus on partner and government operations. Currently serving as the Director of Global Channel Operations at Workiva since December 2014, Erica oversees partner operations in North America and Europe, achieving recognition as a President's Club Award Winner in 2022, 2023, and 2024. Prior roles at Workiva include Senior Manager of Partner Operations and Senior Product Marketing Manager, where responsibilities encompassed operationalizing sales channels and developing go-to-market strategies. Earlier experience includes tenure as a Business Relationship Officer at Veridian Credit Union and Branch Manager at Greater Iowa Credit Union, highlighting a commitment to relationship-building and community engagement. Erica holds a B.S. in Finance from Iowa State University and is an alumna of the West Des Moines Leadership Academy.
