Rishabh Mohan

Rishabh Mohan is a Senior Data Scientist at Workiva since June 2022, specializing in generative AI, prompt engineering, Retrieval Augmented Generation (RAG), and MLOps. Previously, Rishabh served as Data Scientist II at Intact from June 2020 to June 2022, focusing on CNN, transfer learning for document classification, BERT/NLP for text classification, Named Entity Recognition, and topic modeling. As Data Scientist III at CentralSquare Technologies from July 2018 to March 2020, Rishabh built a high-performance data science team and developed machine learning pipelines for public safety applications. Rishabh also contributed as a Data Scientist at the Dauch Center, executing projects with Caterpillar and Advance Auto Parts, and performed time series forecasting. Rishabh's career began as a Research and Development Scientist at Duquesne University School of Pharmacy, where involvement included solving toxicity issues in cancer research and publishing findings. Rishabh holds a Master's degree in Business Analytics and Information Management from Purdue University, a PhD in Pharmaceutical Sciences from Duquesne University, and a Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy from Panjab University.
