Isabel Espina

Isabel Espina is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in product development and enterprise architecture. Currently serving as VP of Product Development at WorkMarket, an ADP company, Isabel previously held the position of Vice President of Enterprise Architecture at ADP, where responsibilities included leading the global Enterprise Architecture group to enhance performance, reliability, availability, and security standards. Isabel's career also includes significant roles at Citibank as Assistant Vice President, focusing on database administration and engineering. Isabel's technical expertise spans various database management systems and platforms, including ADABAS, Teradata, DB2, IDMS, Sybase, Oracle, as well as MainFrame OS/390 and IBM SP2/AIX. Isabel's educational background includes an MBA from MIT Sloan School of Management and a BS in Electrical Engineering and Computer Science from Stevens Institute of Technology.
