Udit Poddar

Udit Poddar is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in data science and leadership roles across various industries. As the Co-Founder and CEO of WorkOnGrid since March 2018, Udit has focused on helping enterprises in heavy industries digitize their data management through no-code solutions, specializing in application design for challenges in mining, manufacturing, and infrastructure. Prior to this, Udit worked as a Data Scientist at Quizizz Inc. and SocialCops, where significant contributions included channeling $8 million to improve nutrition in Indian agriculture and driving product sales for a major FMCG company in Europe. Udit's earlier role as a Decision Scientist at Mu Sigma involved retail analytics and problem-solving for one of the largest online retailers in the UK. Udit holds a Bachelor of Science in Economics from St. Xavier's College, Kolkata, complemented by leadership experience in student organizations during academic tenure.
