Arnaud Marion has extensive experience in workforce services, currently serving as Head of National Accounts - Mining at WorkPac since October 2004. Arnaud has held several key positions within the company, including Area Manager - Mining for the East and South Coast, Regional Manager - Central Queensland, and Business Centre Manager for Project Services, where Arnaud led successful recruitment initiatives for major civil infrastructure projects. Prior roles include Business Development Manager and Recruitment Team Leader, contributing to significant client relationship management and project delivery. Before joining WorkPac, Arnaud was Operations Manager at New York Fries Australia Pty Ltd, overseeing multi-site management and operational systems. Arnaud holds a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology and Sociology from Monash University and a Diploma of Management from Leadership Management Australia.
