In this role, Rachel has held various leadership positions, including Head of Finance and Treasury, demonstrating expertise in optimizing financial operations within one of Australia's largest privately owned recruitment companies. Prior to WorkPac, Rachel worked at Tamawood Ltd in roles such as Financial Accounting Manager and Group Accountant from February 2000 to October 2004. Rachel holds a Bachelor of Business in Accounting from Queensland University of Technology and is a member of Chartered Accountants Australia and New Zealand.
