Larry Rubin

Larry Rubin is an accomplished executive in product management with extensive experience in the B2B SaaS sector. Currently serving as the Vice President of Digital Product Management at Workplace Options since September 2024, Larry previously held significant roles such as Vice President of Product Management at RevolutionParts, where efforts led to the introduction of the company’s first Aftermarket parts experience for AutoNation. Prior to this, Larry was the Chief Product Officer at Aclaimant, where a Product organization was successfully built from the ground up. Between 2014 and 2021, Larry contributed to Rally Health as Vice President of Product Management, overseeing a platform that generated over $250 million in annual recurring revenue. Earlier in the career, Larry demonstrated leadership at Spotlite, revamping a stalled product development cycle during a period of rapid growth. Larry holds multiple degrees from Northwestern University, including an MBA focused on Finance, Marketing, Operations, and Technology, as well as a Master’s in Engineering Management.
