Randy King is a seasoned UX researcher with extensive experience in strategic planning and research across various roles in leading companies. Currently serving as a Senior UX Researcher at Workrise since May 2023, Randy previously held a similar position at Charles Schwab, focusing on Digital Asset Transfer experience. Randy's career includes significant contributions as Senior Vice President of Strategy & Research at Edelman, where strategic planning and team mentorship led to growth in the Southern regions. Earlier roles include VP of Strategy and Research at KGBTexas Public Relations, where client growth was achieved through innovative positioning strategies, and Vice President, Manager of Solutions Planning at Campbell-Ewald, facilitating collaboration between the agency and USAA. Randy also has a strong background in qualitative research ranging from focus groups to ethnographies, having worked at GSD&M and MullenLowe U.S. Randy holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Wake Forest University, alongside UX/UI certification from The University of Texas at Austin.
