Derek Homann is a co-founder and COO of Workshop, an internal communications software company. Prior to Workshop, Derek was the co-founder and CEO of Median, which was acquired in October 2020. Derek also served as the Director of Support at Flywheel and held various managerial positions at LinkedIn, including Operational Excellence Manager (FOX), Manager of the Community Team, and GCO Product Operations. Derek started their career as a Technical Recruiter at TEKsystems. Derek holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Management from the University of Nebraska at Omaha.
