Concetta Allotta

Concetta Allotta is an experienced property and operations manager with a strong background in customer service, facilities management, and hospitality. Since February 2018, Concetta has served as Property Manager at Workspace Group, focusing on the management of commercial buildings and customer retention. Prior to this role, Concetta held various positions at Co-Work, including Operations Manager and Office & Community Manager, overseeing site operations and implementation of procedures across multiple locations in London. Additional experience includes positions at One Aldwych, The Carlton Tower Jumeirah, and Capri Palace Jumeirah, where Concetta developed expertise in front office operations, guest relations, and complaint handling. Concetta holds a Level 3 Certificate in Facilities Management from the British Institute of Facilities Management and multiple degrees in translation and interpretation from Università di Napoli L'Orientale.
