Mark Smith

Mark Smith is a seasoned professional in the building consultancy sector, currently serving as a Senior Project Manager at Workspace Group since November 2021. Prior to this role, Mark held the position of Senior Associate at Tuffin Ferraby Taylor (TFT) from May 2016 to November 2021, contributing to the firm’s focus on sustainability and the performance of buildings throughout the property life-cycle. Mark's career also includes significant experience as a Senior Building Surveyor at JLL from May 2011 to May 2016 and as a Building Surveyor at King Sturge LLP from September 2006 to May 2011. Mark holds a Master of Science in Building Surveying from London South Bank University and a Bachelor of Arts with Honours in History from the University of Southampton.
