Jill Kolling

Jill Kolling possesses extensive experience in sustainability and environmental, social, and governance (ESG) initiatives. Currently, Kolling serves as a Member of the Board of Advisors at WorkStep and holds the position of Vice President, ESG & Chief Sustainability Officer at James Hardie. Prior roles include Vice President and Senior Director of Global Sustainability at Cargill, and Founder and Owner of Paydirt, LLC. Additionally, Kolling co-founded and serves as Co-Owner and Managing Partner at Forward Hindsight, Inc.
