Massimiliano Mantione

Massimiliano Mantione is a seasoned software engineer with extensive experience in various roles and companies over two decades. Currently a Senior Software Engineer at WorkWave since September 2020, Massimiliano previously worked as a Software Engineer at Monadic, contributing to the Radicle code collaboration project. Notably, Massimiliano served as CTO at HyperFair, Inc., where the implementation of a high-capacity virtual exhibition system was a key focus. Additional experience includes positions at Google, Unity Technologies, and Novell, with a strong background in optimizing software architectures and developing cutting-edge technologies. Massimiliano holds a Master’s degree in Information Technology from CEFRIEL and a laurea in Software Engineering from Politecnico di Milano.
