Patrick Harvey

Patrick Harvey has extensive experience in customer support and technical roles, currently serving as a Customer Success Manager and previously as a Technical Support Representative III at WorkWave since December 2017. Responsibilities include ensuring customer satisfaction, managing defect escalations, and educating the Customer Support Team. Prior to WorkWave, Patrick served in the US Navy from July 2013 to July 2015, where various roles included Boot Camp Divisional Yeoman and Duty Section Leader across multiple training schools. Additionally, Patrick worked as Head Cabana Boy at Allenhurst Beach Club from May 2009 to October 2012. Patrick earned a High School Diploma from Ocean Township High School in June 2012.
