Fei Wang

Fei Wang currently serves as the Head of Digital Development at the World Anti-Doping Agency, leading digital transformation initiatives and managing agile software teams since November 2018. Previous experience includes a Senior Manager role in Software Development where significant contributions were made to software architecture and team development. Prior to this, Fei held various product management and engineering positions at Ericsson, where key achievements involved managing IoT solutions and enriched messaging systems. Additional experience includes roles at Nortel and Motorola, focusing on media gateway features and base station management respectively. Fei holds a Master of Science in Electrical Engineering from Northwestern University and a Bachelor of Engineering from McGill University. Recognized with multiple SARA awards throughout the career, Fei demonstrates a strong technical foundation in software development and project management.
