Sangbu Kim's extensive public sector experience includes senior roles in the Government of South Korea, focusing on telecommunication and broadcasting markets, as well as serving in the Ministry of National Defense. Education credentials include a Master of Public Administration from Harvard Kennedy School and a Bachelor of Business Administration from Seoul National University.
