Natacha Weiss has extensive experience in humanitarian work and program management, currently serving as a Liaison Partner and Field Coordinator at World Connect, Inc. since July 2017, and as an Advisory Board Member for The Reckoning Project: Ukraine Testifies since October 2023. Natacha has been a Board Member and Chair of the Program Committee at Refugees International since May 1997. From February 2001 to December 2012, Natacha held the position of President at American Friends of the Bambi Homes Colombia, focusing on management, development, and program implementation. Natacha obtained a BA in Psychology and Political Science with a specialization in Refugee Studies from Webster University in Geneva from 1995 to 1997.
