Andreas Lichtl is the current Head of Finance & HR at World Data Lab. Prior to this, they were the CFO at HYDROGRID from August 2019 to May 2021. Andreas's responsibilities at HYDROGRID included financial management, investor relations, fundraising, hiring, onboarding, and marketing.
Lichtl has always been dedicated to finding new and more efficient ways of handling business. Some of their notable achievements during their time at HYDROGRID include supporting a successful 7 figure late seed fundraising round, securing ~1M in additional financing through grants, setting up and automating regular billing and reporting intervals, redesigning and redeveloping the HYDROGRID website, implementing and automating HR processes, and improving overall internal communication.
Lichtl decided to leave HYDROGRID to pursue new challenges.
Andreas M. Lichtl has a Bachelor of Arts in Management and Entrepreneurship from FHWien der WKW, a Master of Arts in Financial Management from the same school, and a degree in Business Administration and Management, General, from International Business College Hetzendorf, Vienna. Andreas also has a degree in Business Administration from Business School.
