Filippo Crotta

Filippo Crotta is currently the Chief of Staff at the World Economic Forum, focusing on the Centre for the New Economy and Society since November 2021. Previously, Filippo served as People Analytics Manager at Expedia Group from February 2020 to November 2021, where responsibilities included delivering insights on organizational health and employee experience through data analysis and survey deployment. Filippo's earlier experience at the World Economic Forum as a People Analytics Specialist involved leading analytics strategies and managing HR digital initiatives. Filippo began their career at Mercer as a Senior Consultant, managing a portfolio of clients and overseeing remuneration surveys. Educational qualifications include a Master’s Degree in Economics and Management from ESCP Business School, a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Communication from IULM University, and participation in organizational behavior studies at Copenhagen Business School.
