Carlo Almendral

Carlo Almendral is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in technology, innovation, and social impact. Currently serving as AI + GM at Boost Capital since November 2023, Carlo has also been a member of the advisory board at Titan and the Board of Directors at Moves AI since 2023. Carlo is a founding member of the WFP Innovation Council, contributing to initiatives aimed at achieving the UN Sustainable Development Goal of Zero Hunger by 2030. Previous roles include Chief AI Officer at Skyrocket Studios Global, Chief Executive and Founder of Artificial Intelligence, Inc., and board positions at FTW Foundation and Rappler. Carlo also has experience in academia as a lecturer at the University of San Francisco and has served on the Board of Governors for The Commonwealth Club of California. Educational background includes a degree from UC San Diego from 1996 to 2001.
