Matthias Hellmund is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in mobile technologies and product management, currently serving as the Head of Customer Insights for ShareTheMeal at the World Food Programme since November 2015, where efforts are focused on data-informed decision-making for marketing, product design, and customer support. Previously, Matthias held the position of Head of Product and contributed to the development of ShareTheMeal, a mobile app designed for fundraising. As a mentor at Berlin Startup Academy, guidance is provided on mobile technology and MVP. Prior to these roles, Matthias gained over 13 years of experience at Exozet as a Mobile Guru & Senior Consultant and has worked in web development and IT at Addwater and Pixelpark. Matthias holds a degree in Media & Computer Science from Hochschule Furtwangen and has studied at TTVO School of Arts and Media in Finland.
