Philip V.

Philip V. currently serves as the Chief Investigation Officer at the World Food Programme since November 2023. Prior to this role, Philip held the position of Head of Anti-Fraud and Corruption at the Netherlands Ministry of Foreign Affairs from July 2021 to November 2023, where Philip supervised a core team focused on combating fraud and corruption in foreign aid across MENA, Sahel, and East Africa. Philip's prior experience includes serving as Head of Intelligence & Investigations/Senior Investigator at Signify, where Philip was a leadership team member overseeing investigations and cyber threat intelligence. Philip also coordinated global crisis management efforts at Philips and worked as an Investigations Officer for the Government of the Netherlands. Philip completed a Master's Degree in History at Leiden University and a PhD at Maastricht University, with a background that includes a Bachelor's Degree in American History from William & Mary and an early education at The King's School, Canterbury.
