Tanvinur Rahman

Tanvinur Rahman is a seasoned Human Resources professional with extensive experience in the World Food Programme. Since September 2018, Tanvinur has served as the Human Resources Officer and Head of the Young Professionals Unit, having previously held the role of Head of Human Resources for the Asia & the Pacific region from September 2015 to August 2018. Tanvinur’s career at the World Food Programme began in June 1992, with a notable tenure as the Regional Human Resources Officer in Panama, providing strategic HR advice to regional and country directors. Tanvinur holds a Master's degree in Economics from the University of Dhaka, obtained between 1985 and 1988.
