Fouad Mansour

Fouad Mansour is currently serving as the Senior Administrative Lead at the World Health Organization since February 2023. Prior to this role, Fouad held the position of Head of Department - Contracts and Relations with Insurances at Hôtel-Dieu de France from June 2011 to December 2021, where significant achievements included negotiating contract proposals that enhanced financial outcomes and establishing robust insurance policies to mitigate legal risks. Additionally, Fouad has experience as a Project Manager, successfully implementing the SAP-ERP project, and providing administrative support for national accreditation. Educational credentials include a Master's in Management from ESA Business School, a Master of Science in International Management from IAE de Poitiers, and a Bachelor of Science in Biology from the University of Balamand.
