Lorraine Pablo-Ugale is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in program and project management within leading international organizations. Currently serving as the Director of Programme Management for ERP implementation at the World Health Organization since March 2024, Lorraine previously held the position of Programme Director at UNICC, where the UN System Digital ID programme was successfully implemented across multiple UN entities. Lorraine's notable tenure at the World Health Organization spanned over 24 years, during which key roles included Head of the Project Management Office and Governance, and Manager of the Project Management Office, where significant improvements to IT governance and project delivery were achieved.
