Shada Alsalamah

Shada AlSalamah, PhD, is a prominent figure in the field of digital health and artificial intelligence, currently serving as a Technical Officer at the World Health Organization since June 2020, where leadership is provided for the Working Group on Regulatory Considerations and the Dynamic Digital Health Maturity Model. AlSalamah holds the position of Associate Professor of Global Digital Health at King Saud University and is a member of the Scientific Committee for the Ministry of Health in Saudi Arabia. Additional roles include serving as a member of the OECD Blockchain Expert Policy Advisory Board, with past experience as a Research Affiliate at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology and Assistant Professor of Healthcare Information Systems Security at King Saud University.
