Karuna joined WiL in 2022 as a Limited Partner Relationship Manager, with a focus on leading open innovation activities for WiL's corporate partners. Her work includes leveraging her graphic design and design thinking skills to facilitate large corporate workshops and meetings.
Prior to joining WiL, Karuna supported mid-term strategy development for Japanese and global companies at Bain & Co., collaborating with their executive leadership teams to establish goals/KPIs for global conglomerate subsidiaries.
Karuna holds a B.A. in Law from the University of Tokyo.
