Tomomi joined WiL in 2022 to spearhead the recruiting efforts in Japan.
Prior to joining WiL, Tomomi recruited executive talent at Recruit Holdings, Inc. Tomomi began building new businesses while she was still a student in college. Through her experience starting and growing her own business, including a bio-venture company, Tomomi has gained extensive experience in sales, marketing, alliance building, PR, and human resources.
Tomomi holds a B.A. in School of Letters from Kobe College.
