Alok Ojha is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in auditing and financial oversight, currently serving as Director at the World Meteorological Organization since November 2006. In this role, Alok Ojha is responsible for independent verification of financial, administrative, and operational activities, alongside programme evaluation and consulting services. Prior to this position, Alok Ojha held various roles at the Comptroller & Auditor General of India, including Director (Chief Information Officer) and performance audits, where strategic IT initiatives were developed and implemented. Alok Ojha's background also includes international experience as a Resident Auditor with the United Nations in Iraq and a significant tenure as Director of Audit for the Indian Navy. Educationally, Alok Ojha holds a PGDM in Finance and Systems from the Indian Institute of Management, Calcutta, and a BTech in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology, Kanpur.
