Cyrille H. is an accomplished professional in the meteorological field, currently serving as the Director of the Disaster Risk Reduction and Public Services Branch at the World Meteorological Organization since July 2018. Prior to this role, Cyrille H. held several key positions at METEO FRANCE from January 2004 to July 2018, including Deputy Director of Weather Services and Deputy Director for Forecasting and Operations. Cyrille H. also contributed to EUMETNET as a member of the European Multi-services Meteorological Awareness Advisory Board from January 2008 to May 2015. Cyrille H. possesses a solid educational background, having studied at the Ecole nationale de la Météorologie from 1983 to 1986.
