Aaron Bear has a diverse work experience in the entertainment industry. Aaron started in 2007 as an Executive Producer at Microsoft and stayed there until 2013. In 2012, they joined The Orchard as a Director & Executive Producer for the film "Finding Kim". In 2013, they joined Starbucks as an Executive Producer and worked there until 2018. In 2016, they worked on the documentary "Yes I Am - The Ric Weiland Story" as a Director & Executive Producer at World of Wonder. In 2018, they founded their own company, Bear Collective, where they served as an Executive Producer. Recently, in 2021, they worked as an Exec Producer for Freevee at Amazon.
Aaron Bear attended the Academy of Art University, where they studied New Media/Film. Aaron then pursued a Bachelor of Fine Arts degree in Digital Media Production at The Art Institutes.
