Katie Reytar

Katie Reytar is a seasoned professional at the World Resources Institute, serving as Research Associate III since July 2008, where responsibilities include managing data and technical aspects for LandMark, a platform for Indigenous and Community Lands, and conducting geospatial analysis for the Land & Carbon Lab. Prior roles include leading geospatial analysis for the Forest and Landscape Restoration project and acting as GIS lead for the Land and Resource Rights project. Katie has extensive experience in geospatial data management, collaborative report writing, and enhancing visual communication for restoration initiatives. Previously, Katie worked as an Environmental Engineer at Eastern Research Group from September 2001 to June 2008. Academic credentials include a Master of Environmental Science and Management from Bren School at the University of California, Santa Barbara, and a Bachelor of Science in Civil and Environmental Engineering from Johns Hopkins University.
