Lisa Hicks

Lisa Hicks, MPA, is an accomplished professional with a diverse background in nonprofit management and evaluation. Currently serving as an E-Mobility Grants and Finance Specialist at the World Resources Institute since August 2022, Lisa also owns Change Agents, LLC, a consultancy that provides evaluation services to nonprofits and foundations. Previous roles include Learning and Evaluation Specialist at the Latin American Youth Center, Senior Manager of Finance and Operations at the African American Mayors Association, and various positions in finance and operations within nonprofits. Lisa holds a Master of Public Administration from NYU and a Bachelor of Business Administration from Virginia Commonwealth University.
