Melissa Smith

Melissa Smith currently serves as the VP of Delivery at World Travel Holdings, having assumed the role in July 2025. Prior to this position, Melissa held various leadership roles at Vail Resorts from November 2011 to July 2025, including Sr. Director of Digital Technology, where responsibilities included overseeing Development, QA, Project/Program Management, and Business Analysis. Melissa's experience also encompasses strategic project management and leadership within the IT organization, as well as project management in the marketing technology sector at SharperAgent, where roles included Project/Product Manager and Creative Manager. Earlier experience includes a sales representative position at Home Trust Title, achieving a notable increase in sales volume. Melissa earned a BS in Business Administration from UNH Peter T. Paul College of Business and Economics.
